The NRH City Jail does not publish a list of inmates online. To check to see if someone is currently being held at the North Richland Hills City Jail, you must call the jail at (817) 427-7000 (Option 3).

What are the Visiting Hours and Visitation Rules at the North Richland Hills City Jail?

While the NRH Detention Facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the visiting hours at the Jail are limited:

  • Visitation hours are Daily from 1pm – 5pm, and 7pm – 6am;
  • Visitors must be at least 18 years old and bring a valid driver’s license or identification;
  • Visitors must be dressed appropriately and not have any active warrants.

NOTE: An inmate does not become eligible for visitation until 24 hours have passed since the initial arrest.  This restriction does not apply to attorneys.

Can an Inmate Make a Telephone Call?
