Before founding Howard Lotspeich Alexander & Williams PLLC, Mr. Howard devoted more than five years to the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and was a felony chief prosecutor. He also spent considerable time working in a personal injury law practice in Lubbock. Mr. Howard was involved in every facet of Texas criminal law, but his primary role was as a trial attorney.
